Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)
The Santa Rosa County Health Department provides STD testing, treatment and education. These services are provided on a sliding fee scale determined by income and is strictly confidential.
STD screening hours:
Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Milton Office.

Please call (850) 983-5200 and choose Option 3.
HIV Testing
Santa Rosa County Health Department also offers HIV testing by walk-in or appointments.
SRCHD provides HIV testing via blood or saliva samples.
This service is provided on a sliding fee scale determined by income and is strictly confidential.
Anonymous testing is available for $25. The fee cannot be waived for anonymous testing.
